I tried using a command line switch via Steam properties, which didn't do anything (couldn't even activate windowed mode via command line - it played fullscreen when fullscreen was selected in the game options). Windowed mode is implemented in Empire automatically, but I can't get it to be borderless. ![]() ![]() That's why I've been looking for a way to do the same in Empire, but I haven't found anything yet. I'm using borderless window mode in both Rome (by using the -ne command line switch) and Medieval 2 (by editing the preferences file). Recently I've become really endeared towards this particular mode of gaming for Total War games.
